What Is Your Delivery Policy?
We strive to dispatch all orders within 24hrs (excluding Sundays and public holidays). All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail first class delivery. International orders will be sent via first class airmail. Postage and packing charges will be added before you confirm your order. All of our delivery charges can be found here. If you wish to arrange a different method of delivery then please email us.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Card transactions are processed online on our secure server. Your card details are used only to authenticate the transaction and are not retained by us.
If you prefer you may check out using PayPal. If you do this then you will be taken to the PayPal site to login to your account and then returned to us to complete the transaction. Your payment will be processed on PayPal's secure servers.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
If your T-Shirt doesn't fit you then send it back to us within 10 days (as new) and we'll send you a replacement. You pay the postage when sending it to us and we'll pay the postage when sending it back to you. Refunds will only be offered if the goods are faulty.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
By confirming your order at the end of the checkout process you are entering into a contract with Highrise Clothing. We are sorry but orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.
Are Your T-Shirts Good Quality?
Yes! We have spent a lot of time and effort tracking down what we believe to be the perfect T-Shirt. Not too baggy and not too tight, our T-Shirts are made of 100% cotton. Weighing in at 220gsm and specially interlocked, our T-Shirts are both strong and luxuriously soft. We do not settle for second best and neither should you.
